nice job post up some day shots of the led strips. Inside your headlights?

Megafast13 Jun 27, 2011 09:17 PM

Thanks, no they are outside, but barely noticeable. I'm going to be doing a really nice photoshoot tomorrow probably. Stay tuned.

Two years later.....can you post pics of the LED strips? How did you wire them? how are the wires concealed?

Where did you get them, how much, and what item were they?

Thanks - if you are still around....

My take on LED DRL's

Here's the LED DRL's that I've installed on my 2010 RX350 and 2006 SC430. The lights on the RX are on any time the ignition is on. The lights on the SC are turned on/off via a remote key fob switch allowing me to turn them on as I approach the car at night in a dark parking lot.

Can you put up close-up pics of the LED's with them turned off so we can see exactly how
you mounted them?

Thanks!

What brand or company's LED's did you go with on the rx and sc. These look very nice and i don't want to go with any cheap looking leds

I've been thinking about trying this on my LS430. Superbrightleds.com sell LED strips and stuff. That's where I get all of my stuff. V-Leds.com is good too.
