Hey all....for those who know HID well.....I know that d4s bulbs that are reliable are OEM ones. Philips now makes a d4s but is bucks.....here is my question, do d2s bulbs fit in the d4s housing.....does the d4s ballasts and d2s ballasts share the same connector to the car? Idea I had was to pull the bulbs and ballasts and throw in d2s ballasts and 6000k bulbs (philips). Thanks

 

the D2S bulb should fit in there with minor modification, there is a small notch that you have to cut out on the bulb. The connector is likely to be different but you can always just cut and swap them. htp
