For some reason my Headlights keep burning out on my SC300 and I cant figure out why.......The small corner lights (orange) keep burning out too.

Has this ever happen to anybody else?

 

Well for starters, what wattage bulbs are you using? be sure to use only the specified wattage for the SC...Any much higher, and they might even melt the sockets.

 

When I had my LS400 I changed the headlights as to me the factory ones were dim. I had PIAA and Sylvania's I was always replacing a headlight. Especially when it was cold out. I was told do not start the car with the headlights on. I always use the auto off feature which should not affect it at all.

 

when you say they keep burning out, what kind of time frame are we looking at here?

hours, days, weeks or months?

 

Once a month or so....I got the projector black housing head lights from ebay and they keep bruning out

 

ok, that tells me what type of headlight housing, but what about the bulb???

 

Not sure it just came with the lights when I got them

 

It could be the ebay headlight housings, it could be the bulbs you are using, or it could be (long shot) your alternator.
