High/Low Beam bulbs differences in UCF20
I had taken some photos to compare between these low beam and high beam Xenon bulbs.
These bulbs are from my LS400 2000 model.

What is differance between these two types of low beam bulb?
They look the same , but only numbers are different?
What those numbers means?any idea about this?
I noticed that the lighting for the E13 bulb is more brighter than E1

++++++++++++++++++++++++
What is differance between these two Xenon high beam bulbs
i have noticed that this bulb 's lighting color is white with few yellow.

-------
But this one has lighting color of white with few blue.

Hey if you have any informations about the differences then please don't leave the page without post and sharing these info.
thanks for reading.

Firstly there is no such thing as a Xenon High Beam bulb, they only come in cars as low beam bulbs, or in some cars, a Bi-Xenon. Both high and low in the projector.
A Xenon high beam come from the projectors cutoff shield flipping down thusly revealing more light. The bulb stays constant, and never changes.
Both of those bulbs are reflector based D2R bulbs, and are not known for their output.
The difference in color is due to the amount of hours the bulb has seen. The longer the hours, the more the bulbs salts break down, the color shifts, and you lose output intensity.
Philips 85122/85126 D2S/D2R bulbs should be replaced after 3 years with normal driving, where as the + versions can resist color shifting for a longer life.
I hope that helps answer your HID questions.
