If you were referring to me try clearing cookies and trying again. It worked when I clicked and added stuff

I tried, I've never had this issue before. I deleted all my cookies and everything. I tried IE and Firefox on my laptop and desktop. Why won't this work.

Sounds like you have a voltage suppply issue. If BOTH are doing the same thing off and on, it is a power thing. The solution would be either a relay or a set of capasitor harnesses. That should help steady your input voltage and stop that from happening.

for me it was the bulbs. because i switched just the bulbs and the same bulb didn't turn on. so...yeah...

Its a relay harnass. Connects to your battery

I already have one and I still got the one bulb out all the time. The other guy talked about a capacitor harness though which should be different. I might give that a try.

Thats a relay harness a capacitor harness has a capacitor on the positive side of each of the leads to the ballasts.
