Those footwell bulbs are a pain to take out. I was afraid of breaking them too.

very nice. look alot brighter than my polarg m4s. do you have a link to the site?

for removing wedge bulbs, dont use pliers! just use a rubber or latex glove and pull gently and slowly, but firmly and evenly.

I'm 6 foot 3 and have man sized hands . A latex glove can only do me so much good in those tight spaces. Like i said a pair of needle nose and a GENTLE pull will get them right out if the Hand don't fit/work.

I have got several PM's about what eBay sellers I got the bulbs from so here is the info:

194 LED Bulbs - Seller: premierteknet112222
I got a 10 pack @ $34.62 Shipped

74 LED Bulbs - Seller: theljnet
I got a 4 pack @ $3.98 Shipped

BA9S LED Bulbs - Seller: sylvia-biz
I got a 2 pack @ $4.60 Shipped

I Still have not purchased the Dome light yet .

They do. It feels like your getting in a new car, not one with the same bulbs and yellow light you find in every car since the 60's. It was worth it.

I too have read about and purchased from this seller. He could not however match the prices I got on the items i ordered. I wanted to keep the cost on this project down.

I ordered all of them on a Saturday and received the 10 194s on Tuesday and the 74s and BA9Ss on Wednesday. I prefer to pay more and buy local rather than order online since shipping times are important to me but I cant complain about these sellers. All three of these sellers were fast.

On another note I am ordering the Dome light bulb I still needed to upgrade and should be posting up pictures of it soon.

Default What bulbs were used here?

What bulb replacements did you use for the daytime lights (see red arrow). Were they difficult to replace by yourself?

Also - are your main headlights OEM? If not - what are they?

Should I just take it in somewhere to have them replace them for me?

Thanks!

I used the same ebay 194 LEDs that I have pictured above in post #5. One side is a little harder then the other if you have big hands like myself. Even with this it only took me 2 minutes to get them changed.

Main headlights are OEM HID.

Save your money and change the bulbs yourself. They are not that hard to do.

The lens cover on it comes off real easy - i just pulled them off by hand. The little #74 bulb in there is a press in bulb. Its like a mini 194 bulb. Just grab it and pull it out. Be careful its not too hot before you grab it. If so just use a glove or cloth to protect your fingers. Or like me if its too tight use a set of needle nose pliers GENTLY to pull it out.

Sure if they fit. Mine were snug but still fit.

Above the driver is the Dome light (comes on when you open the front doors. Also is the two Map lights that come on when you press one of the two buttons. The Map lights are BA9S. The Dome lights is a 3175 (I think - i don't remember - search to be sure.)

The inverted one is pretty standard and does not provide much light, The 4 Led one is at least wide angle so that will provide more light to the plate. I suggest the 4 LED ones if these are your two choices.
