Default 95 SC400 Fog Light Installation

I've looked through a few hundred threads that came up via my search, but still cannot find the remove and replace instructions for burnt out fog lights? Anyone ever do this? Do you do this from above or below? Do you have to remove the battery or air cleaner? etc.

Thanks in Advance

you mean the ones on the lower corner bumpers? if so, access by removing some panel screws under the car. do not have to remove all, just enough to get you hands on there.

Yea, there's i believe 3 screws that is used to mount the fog lights. To get to them remove part of the bottom panels, enough for you to get your hand through to the lights. Passenger side is easy but the drivers side is a bit difficult because of some pipes that run through.
