Hey CL members...I have a questions for you guys.

I just bought and installed my LED tail lights, and a couple days ago, it seems like when I have my lights turned on...only the left tail light is lighted up and the both trunk lights and the right tail light is out.

But when I turn them off and step on the brakes..my turnk light, right light is on, but my left one is off.

Can someone help me? What is causing this? It's scary driving at night since I only have one tail light on. Thanks for your inputs.

 

Sounds like some of the wires are not connected properly. Are those leds tails plug and play or do you need to tap into your stock wiring? The oem bulbs use a dual filiment, meaning that there's 3 wires going to each bulb, Ground/Low/High. Seems like the Low beam is not hooked up properly.

 

Thanks for the input. When I first put them on, it worked fine for about 3 days. It just happened recently

 

Are these the ones that don't come with resistors and set off the dash warning light?
