Default Turning signal in mirrors

Anybody knows if this is possible?
Because I thought that to run a wire to the turning signal in the new mirror I'm going to put on my car I have to put a new fuse for those lights.
Because If I just split a wire then both lights are only gonna get 6volts of power instead of 12 volts.
So I need a new fuse to install the two new mirrors.
So how do I install a new phase for these lights.
Is it really difficult to do this.
I plan on putting Mercedez Benz mirror on my SC with turning signal build in them.
That's why I'm asking.
And wil these kind of mirrors adjust with the Lexus Ecu or do I have to adjust them manually?

Putting side mirrors with turn signals is a bi$&h if its not designed for your car. I tried putting the TSX mirror in my Accord(same manufacturer) but it didnt line up very well plus I was getting wind noises. Putting a Mercedez or any other car will be even harder. IMO its a total waste of money. IFY, I would try to put the 7series side markers instead of the side mirror(even though I love the side mirrors with turn signal) because its not worth the hassle.

Edit: do you want the turn signals on the outside or the inside of the mirror?

Actually on the outside but how can it be so hard?
I thought the only hard part would be to run new wires to the turning signals but to put them is not that difficult atleast I thought.
Is ity easier to take the lights out the other mirror and embed it in my exesting mirror?
Then I won't need to swap the mirrors.

Can be done....I think someone here on CL had the blinkers molded into the side mirror housing....costed him $1k for a body shop to do this.

Actually that's not exactly what I wanted.
That one is actually more difficult because you have to drill a few small holes for each light.
I was thinking more about the ones who has one large light to put in and that's it.
And that part about brightness is true if you don't do it right.
If you just tap into the wires of the front turning signal then the 12 volt will be defided in 2 for each lamp so each one will hget only 6volts of power.
So that's why I asked if anyone knows how to put a new fuse for those lights.
Then they will get the 12 volt like they have to.

This is what I mean and they are neon bulbs so they can in wired into the signal wires. The cutting of the stock mirror is not very hard you just must be careful.
