Best wedge bulb/fogs to match Silverstars in GS300?

Best wedge bulb/fogs to match Silverstars in GS300?
Hey everyone,
I've got a 1998 GS300 and have put in the 9006 Silverstars for my low beams. I've already checked out the sticky threads on GS wedge bulb options and 98+ GS lighting, but I didn't see anything about the following 2 things:
1) I love the color/brightness of the Silverstars, but which bulbs can I put in for the 5w wedges so that they'll more closely match my low beams? It seems like the Polarg M4s might be best.
2) I have clear fog lights and want to put in Silverstars there, too, so that my whole front end lighting will be color-matched.
The manual says HB4 which is 9006, and I bought pairs of both 9006ST and 9006XS ST (on sale at Pep Boys now)--which ones do I keep to install in the fogs?
