Default HID not working

My driver side H.I.D went out tonight, I can switch it on/off it goes back on but goes back out within 2 minutes, stays blue but does not get to the whitish color?

What's the problem? Bulb is bad? or ballast?

It could be your bulb that has gone bad. You can try taking off the working one and switch them over to see if the problem follows.
