Guyz....I need your help!! I have a 92 sc400 and my second bulb on the main headlight is burn. How do I
replace that? Its the one when you arm and disarm the alarm it comes on. Is there a DIY on that? I tried the

is it the tiny little bulb next to the main headlight? if so, just remove the bulb as you would the main bulb. just twist and remove.

I think its the 168 type bulb. Although mine doesn't flash when I unlock/lock the car.

Its tricky, you have to feel for it. Try searching the forums for a picture of the rear of the headlamp. It might give you an idea of what you are feeling for.

easiest way is to feel your way through the process, and let this word of advice help you (righty tighty, lefty loosey) if you want to, you can take out the battery and unbolt the airbox, get in there with a flash light.that should make things MORE CLEAR! good luck

If i were you i would just pull out the whole head light and it'll be obvious what you need to twist off to replace the bulb. Just unscrew the bolt on top and the 2 nuts that hold it in in the fender well, you can access the nuts easily by removing the fender lining a bit. The head light has 3 bulbs in it the corner bulb the main 9006 bulb and the little bulb and they all come out easily.

I'm not sure what you mean by second headlight bulb. There is only a low beam bulb (9006), a wedge bulb (194/168) and a dual filament turn signal bulb (1157 - if I remember correctly).

You can pick them up at your local rice shop. You could also get led ones. I just took mine out.

I finally bought my 194 parking bulbs and put it in my headlights. It was a piece of cake if ya got thin hands...hehe. I decided to go with APC 194 Super White. They were pretty cheap...only 6.99 a pair, and they look decent too. Rather pay that than 20-30 dollars on some piaa parking lights.
