Default E39 projector?

Does anyone know what year of the X5 had solo xenons? I cant seem to find the projectors on Ebay and I always see the complete headlight set.

2000 to 2003. The 04's use HELLA Bixenon E55 mercedes units. Same thing for the 5 series and M5 BMW

I used them for my retro. So did tiguy and lex400sc. I am modding my projectors though....
