In the attached pic, the car has HID's in the foglights?

They look like the stock yellow fogs from the IS3.

no those do not look like HID. Also cars from the factory never come with HID installed in the fog light. especially not from lexus.

For some reason they look brighter than my stock yellows on my car. Maybe its the housing that makes it brighter?

its the camera. the camera can never get the lighting correct.

Look at the pics in my sig ... It's the shutter speed of the camera that determines the output of the light in the picture.

err... yeah..... i thought i made it very clear already. yellow fogs housing with hid bulbs in it (6000k coz' it was a spare kit). so all 4 lights on my car -- bright as hell
