Exclamation Help Please!

I've taken my headlights out(1990 LS400) tons of times, so I know how to do it. The problem is since the last time, I can't remove it! One of the screws is stripped or something, I can rotate it and feel a bit of tension. But after about 10 minutes of turning, it doesn't budge! It's one of the big ones that holds down the entire assembly. I tried pulling it out with pliers, but the thing won't budge? I've heard of drilling, but I don't know how to do it. I don't want to drill in, pull, and break a bit. . . what do I do?

Try using a stripped screw/bolt remover set. Craftsman makes assorted sets of them called "Bolt-Out":

I guess you could also go to a mechanic, I'm sure they'll have the proper tools necessary to get it out.

Now even though the head is good, and the screw/bolt turns, this type of set can remove it? I thought they were only for ones with stripped heads. . .
