Default WANTED: LFA. Serious Buyer

UPDATE! BOUGHT ONE!
Will share info next week

Willing to offer cash, or cash plus my MINT 1994 Supra Turbo with 12,700 miles.
It's a 6 speed and 100% stock, never modified. It's the most like-new Supra you will ever see.
Doug Demuro shot a video of it:
A few photos of the Supra are below.

Post here, PM or email me: info (AT) napkin.com
The Supra is rapidly appreciating in value. Nice asset to own if you want to sell the LFA and grab something else.

Thanks!
Aron

Welcome and nice Supra you got there! I have doubts LFA owners want to part with their LFA on this board since they seem very passionate about it.

Have you tried searching online sales sites like Dupont? There are two available (assuming the 3rd green one is out of question). One is a Nürburgring Edition and the other is a standard LFA

thanks!
I was hoping the owners here are well connected to other owners, and might know someone looking to sell.
I like the idea of buying directly from an owner and not an online listing...

I am checking dupont and all other sites often.
Seems most are overpriced since they are just sitting for months at a time unsold.

Hopefully I can meet a few owners and go from there.
Thanks again!

What a perfect example. You really shouldn't sell that man. I think you will regret it.

I know. I've had it a while now. I might keep it. But we'll see what LFAs are out there

At or around MSRP.
Seems that most of them priced in the low-mid 400s aren't moving.
So, I'd be open to paying MSRP if a seller wanted to sell their LFA.
Thanks

Why not keep your Supra and buy a performance pack LC500? The tuning community is getting close to having some F/I available for the LC500 which with a bolt-on kit on pump gas will put down 650whp at around 8-9psi. The LC500 was built by the same Takumi Masters in the same factory as the LFA. Despite the LC500 weighing nearly 1K lbs heavier and not having the high whining V10 noise it does produce one of the best sounding V8 noises I have ever heard. I personally think the LC500's aesthetics look better than the LFA but that's just me. The LC500 produces more torque than the the LFA stock Vs. Stock too. Once the LC500 is on boost well the LFA gets dusted in performance and done for about $300K less than the cost of a used or shelved 7 year old LFA still sitting on some dealer's floor. Don't get me wrong here, the LFA is an amazing marvel of automotive history no doubt but not worth $400K let alone $1M for a Nurburgring Edition in my honest opinion.

Good thoughts. I actually like the limited production, story and features of the LFA.
I do like the LC, but the LFA is what I really want.

The two cars are different. One is a Grand Tourer feel and the other is a Sports/Race car feel. Maybe wait for the LC-F when it comes out? You'll have the warranty and the quality will be better than any aftermarkets F/I company. I used to have a IS-F with the twin turbo kit and while it was fast, it didn't feel right compared to the GT-R I had at the time. I personally wouldn't waste time or money on adding aftermarket F/I. Just get one from factory is best.

No ones going to rush to sell their LFAs for MSRP. Not unless they have to. Id suggest trying to negotiate with a dealership.
