Remaining new LFA's? General Question

Is contacting Lexus head office the easiest way to learn the ins-n-outs of finding unsold LFA's that could be purchased? Do they still keep tabs on the car?
And a general question: Are there any LFA's that have seen 10K miles or more? I'm highly interested in hearing feedback on how the car has been with some miles on them.
Thank you

I don't believe the HQ keeps a track of any unsold/brand new LFAs being held at dealership. It will really be up to the individual dealerships to reveal/display any unsold LFAs, if they want to sell those. I am saying this, because my Lexus dealership owner has a grey LFA that he displays in the dealership, but is not open to selling etc.

Regarding your second question, this video is what you are looking for. There are also pre-production prototypes that had over 30,000 miles of hard track driven miles, but the only thing they needed were regular maintenance stuff like tires and brakes etc.

032 is not pre-production, it's production car and probably 2 years ago it was over 30k miles already. a member here bought the car (i think second LFA) and it runs strong

P014 definitely had 40k+ before being sent back to Japan and being disassembled.

Yeah, I was thinking P014 yellow prototype. I remember the guy who bought the #032. He had 3 LFAs.

Awesome to know that some folks are putting miles on 'em. Thank you!

It's turning into a chin scratcher if having to go second hand, and from the sound of it, patience can be a virtue to find the right specimen. If I'm having to waitlist some other cars, the LFA makes a mighty compelling case in it's own right.
