Lightbulb Hypothetically speaking if say a person wants to buy a LF-A????

What's a good place to start looking for a pristine example for sale?

I know this is a LF-A section but I don't think many owners frequent this section, or am I wrong?

TIA

Many LFA owners post every once in a while so maybe, someone will respond.

Dupont registry has only 1 LFA for sale right now and the price is not bad at $335,000. At one time, they had over a dozen for sale, but looks like it has shrunk.

http://www.dupontregistry.com/autos/results/lexus/lfa

"2012 Lexus LFA “Super Car.” This car is serial number 75 of the 500 crafted and it is the result of a 10-year development program! Approximately 170 are now in the U.S., with the last production cars built in 2013. Outstanding engineering and exterior design: 4.8 liter V10, 553 HP, A/C, GPS, Mark Levinson stereo, 6 speed automatic gearbox with paddle shifter override, light carbon fiber body, rear wing automatically deploys over 50 mph. 0 to 60 mph in 3.5 seconds, top speed 202 mph. Design priorities: #1 handling (braking and turning), #2 sounds similar to the finely-tuned sound of Formula One/Indy cars, 7000 odometer miles, “absolutely red” exterior color. Lexus had to design and build an electronic tachometer that red lines at 9000 rpm; mechanical tachometers could not move fast enough to keep up with the engine! Lauded as one of the most amazing supercars to date. As of the printing of this magazine this is the only Red one on the market. $335,000 + Call Now!"

The owners here are probably not looking to sell unless they get an offer they can't refuse.

I thought it went for $770K or was the hammer at $700K, then add 10% buyer's/auction fee?

Generally speaking, reported price at auction includes the buyer's premium. So it makes sense that hammer was $700k as reported by Roho, for $770k total.
