You are arguing about the wrong things. Unless the Lems IS-F above has immense number modifications, it is not getting anywhere near supercar-levels of performance.
Even Ken Gushi and the editors of Autoweek admitted IS-F CCS-R cannot come close to the LFA.
You don't shave off 10 - 15 seconds per lap off a lap around Fuji just by doing minor modifications. It just does not work that way.

"we "as in you im guessing. i know alot about the lems isf. its tuned, exhaust ,intake, suspension mods and weight reduction but nothing near how much weight reduction was done to the ccsr. autoweek? really? i take magazine opinions with a grain of salt. anyways like i stated early im not stating the isf is greater, faster, etc than an lfa. but the lems isf is lapping fuji faster than a stock lfa. lems isf is around 460 to the wheels.

Anyway, I am done arguing this otherwise, it will kill more brain cells in my head. BTW, LFA did lap Fuji in 1:54 with Akira Iida in their option auto feature, but Lems is on racing tires, which makes a huge difference in cornering speeds especially on a very small track like FSW.
The Gazoo LFA with a de-tuned engine putting out only 490 PS, 3400 lbs weight and a 7500 rpm rev limiter (down from 9500 rpm) on full racing slick tires did a 1:47 around Fuji speedway in a best motoring feature.
I have yet to see any IS-F doing better than 8:18 on a power and very high speed and technical track like Nurburgring. Let alone, anywhere near the 7:14 Akira Iida pulled in the LFA.
IS-F CCS-R has a weight reduction of about 400 lbs and puts out 450 PS to the crank. Regarding CCS-R which this thread is about, I would trust the pedal-to-the-metal video, Ken Gushi, Scott Pruett's word over any other source anyday of the week.
