LFA Nürburgring Package* - Whitest White w/Red & White Interior
#16
Thanks Flipside,
I am confused about the seats. I thought the ring cars come with lighter racing seats (without the power stuff).
Also, can you confirm the rear winglets and roof are unpainted CF?
Great job on the interior colors!

Other random questions
How tough is it to access the hatch, getting past the fixed wing?
What did this car sticker out at ($470K)?
Any audio files of it fired up available?

Confirmation of everything will come once I finish uploading my pics.

Its just like any other LFA, but access is from the rear sides instead of straight on. Not a huge difference. You still have to reach over the large panels to reach into the hatch.
There was no monroney label on the car yet as it hasn't made it to the port for processing. My educated guess is over $470k and i'll explain why tomorrow.
The car sounds like a regular LFA at start up.

Bare carbon roof and winglets, looks great. The interior is definitely unique. Leather is standing out as the main thing. The seat belts being red is another standout. I guess no 5-point Takata harnesses here! This thing is awesome though. White Nurburgring edition with the red brake calipers, that's definitely different.

Yeah, I figured there was a connection. Someone told me about the belts being made by Takata before. Gotta question- do the bare carbon parts weigh any less than the painted ones? Maybe marginally if so?

It's marginal because the exposed carbon fiber parts have a clear resin on top of it.

I always wondered, would it be possible to get other (all) body panels in carbon? You might have to be a special someone to have that happen but is it a possibility?

There are 50 available Nurburgring , but not all 50 will be built. So its going to be a random distribution around the world. I know there are a few earmarked for North America.
