I just read all of your posts, my comment is don't believe everything you read, especially from the internet! Everyone who is selling something always say it is all sold out immediately, whether it is concert ticket or an exotic car to drum up the hype

Also there is nothing the manufacturer can do to control how the car is being use. Most $400k car end up to be a garage queen. How many Carrera GT do you actually see being use as a track toy? Even when they depreciate down to less then $250k now. 458 is as low as $240k and GT3 are less then $150k........so people are more willing to use them on the track. $400k is getting up there. Then there is wear and tear.........clutches/brakes/tires on a C-GT and Murcielago cost way more then 458s and GT3s.
IMO, the exotic used/depreciated values reflect the real estate markets in the US. One is up side down, so is the other. There is always a chance for both to come back over time.

Alright I ain't no Matt Kwok when it comes to photography or access. I'm just some schmo' who walked into the dealer and started snapping pics. But it looks like it's the same car as the one Mr. Kwok took.

They had ribbon stands surrounding it and I wasn't sure if I was allowed but I moved a couple when taking the pics but obviously wasn't sure if I could remove all of them so I didn't.

But anyways, just to show the same car in more natural lighting:

I saw it over a week ago, was there on Saturday. Seems like business was quiet when I went in there - seems like the same for you too looking at the background.

I believe there were some people staring at my IS GFM thou since I did not have plates on it lol!

Such a waste to make this car a garage queen.

the "come back" part has nothing to do with when you enter the market

Only if you believed the market is down forever.
Buying a bottom makes any recovery, regardless of how small, looks like a come back. So the two things are closely related since everything is cyclical.

Saw this in person, took a quick pic too , really nice exterior color, but a little disappointed they picked an all black interior, not that it isn't nice, but I'd put it in the nice but boring category, and a big waste of the vast array of choices you can customize with ......

You'd rather see it driven like a dbag on a busy interstate being chased by an Evo?
