I wish the Top Gear UK guys would pick the LFA for one of their specials ala the New York special. Maybe one set in Tokyo?

They need someone who can ring out the best of it, not some journalists who short shift it and don't know how to use Launch Control *cough/ InsideLine...

My guess is they don't have the time, shop or budget to do it.........wrapping a car nicely aren't that cheap.

I don't think budget is the problem, Fast Five has a $125 million production budget

Well, they did include LFA in the "Greatest 5 supercars of 2010" alongside 4 German and Italian cars. It is also The Ex-Stig (Ben Collins) favorite car on TopGear.

Don't know , maybe they just borrowed it, or pay them a fee to use it for filming for only a limited time? But I'm sure they could have bought a couple of LFA's for the movie if they really want to, and if Lexus will sell them the cars ...
