Yes they are both nice. Pearl Red = strength, and much nicer up close.
Red = bold, flashy, and attention getter.

I was told the deadline could be anytime. I have chosen the light wheels with yellow calipers (I think Aqua is also nice and definitely different). White seatfront, black everything else and bright metal trims.
Still waiting for the exposed CF option answer. If available, should I do the hood too? Which red do you think would go better with exposed CF ?

TF109B 02-25-11 12:16 PM

Pearl would go better with the exposed carbon. I wouldnt go for yellow calipers though. just my take on things. I would opt for the silver calipers, I think it'd set off the carbon fiber and the wheels. The only wheels I'd take would be the dark finish also. But that's just me.

The brown is very interesting, much lighter than I expected.

Please delete the pics of the violet interior, they are frightening.

Gojirra99 02-25-11 03:23 PM

LOL I think we still want a record of as many different color configurations ordered as possible whether or not some of them is frightening . yes I think it looks pretty bad by itself , plus it does not match the exterior at all ...

Meh... brown is for SUVs. Violet is at least...different, lol.

Agreed, much lighter than the configurator shows and from what I could estimate from the PS sample box. Nevertheless, I remain convinced brown is a color that needs to stay off sports cars, if not cars in general. I am seriously disturbed by the number of Macadamia Brown Porsches I see in Germany.

Again, agreed. More disturbing than brown 911s.

Looks like this red car slipped into the US undetected.
