CEC Wheels + Lexus LFA | Event Coverage.
Hello Club Lexus! On the night of January 27 2011, CEC partnered up with Lexus Corporate to host an event at our LA Showroom unveiling the CEC Edition Lexus LFA. The event was a great success. Aside from the LFA, CEC also showcased other models in the current Lexus lineup outfitted with our CEC Signature Edition wheels. It was a great way to meet the local dealerships, enthusiasts, automotive media/press as well as fans of the CEC and Lexus brands.
Much of the event was centered around the Lexus LFA as well as Claus Ettensberger's announcement of the CEC Edition LFA based on the Nürburgring Edition. CEC announced that we will be offering wheel and tire packages as well as some cosmetic upgrades to the car without taking away much from what the LFA already offers.
It was a great experience for all who attended to be able to meet the Lexus LFA up close. Although this event was centered around the LFA, CEC also plans to provide more products for the rest of the Lexus lineup.

I actually think the c882's look pretty good on the Pearl Yellow LFA here - I didn't really like them that much on the Pearl Gray one when I saw it at SEMA, so it might just have been a personal issue with that particular combination of color and finish.
As I posted in a related thread on our general Car Chat board here on CL, I'm really looking forward to the CEC offerings across the Lexus lineup.

Five Axis did such a great job with the ISF, I wonder why Lexus didn't go back to them to give the LFA a makeover.

They better be some lightweight magnesium wheels if they're going on the Nurburgring edition. Since that's what this car is based on correct? So I'm assuming there are some N'Edition's going to the U.S.!?
