It seems the LF-A came in 77th overall, according to an Autoblog article, which, by the way, also includes a video. Sorry, I'm pressed for time, so all I can do is post the link:

According to the results:
http://www.ts-vln.com/valuation/2008-4-classes.html
The LF-A was competing with about six other cars in the SP8 class. It looks like it was the only car to finish as the others did not place in the "Platz" category.

But unlike most other participants, the LF-A race car was only minimally modified from the road-going trim, so of course we can't expect it to outdo those all-out race cars.

Just read on InsideLine that Aston Martin is entering a specially prepared DBRS9 into the ADAC Nurbringring 24hr race. V12 and >550hp. The LF-A is going to have some serious competition. They are claiming they too are doing this as part of R&D.

i wouldnt be surprised if AM is entering that special DBRS9 truly for R&D reasons because now that prodrive is working on the performance department, they are much more serious about it
also they may be testing new things out for the other 24 hr races?
i think regardless of the results, it is brave for a manufacturer to test out a prototype car in a series of races
especially a 24 hours endurance race

Autoblog just posted a link to the full entry list for the 24 hours of Nurburgring. The Lexus LF-A will be the one and only Lexus racer. No Gazoo IS 250 this time around.

Again, the LF-A will compete in the SP8 class, and the three drivers from the previous Nurburgring race (Akihiko Nakaya, Takayuki Kino s h i t a and Akira Iida) will be joined by Kazuo Shimizu). Its race number will be 14.
And, by the way, Audi will be running a modified R8 in the SP7 class.

Has this race always been popular with manufacturers?? It seems like after Lexus stated they were racing a protype, every other manufacturer jumped on the bandwagon.
First Lexus, then VW said they were testing the upcoming Scirroco, then Gumpert Apollo is racing hybrid prototypes, some other company is supposed to be testing out a hybrid model, I think Tesla or something, now Audi all of a sudden has a modified R8 race car.

Rumor: LF-A to cost $225,000 ?!?!?!
PASADENA, California — After three auto show appearances and the occasional spy photo and video from Germany's high-speed Nürburgring test circuit, it's no secret that the Lexus LF-A supercar concept is headed for production. With an estimated 500 horsepower coming from the LF-A's 5.0-liter V10, we didn't expect the Lexus to come cheap, but Inside Line has learned that the car will carry a price tag over $200,000.
Ben Mitchell, corporate product planning manager for Lexus, confirmed that the price of the carbon-fiber supercar "will begin with a two." And another Lexus source in Japan told Inside Line the price may be as high as $225,000.
