Hi Fin , me neither. The Japanese factor that exported the 04 RX included it and I was told shortly after , the factory changed and no longer offered the Pano option. However, that’s just what I’ve heard.
Move never seen another like it. Especially in Flint Mica on Black.
I've seen a lot of RX's in the Asian markets with panoramic sunroof.

lol. True that. I work in a Benz dealership, and the Asian markets love panoramic sunroof on their cars. But the funny thing is, they never use it because they hate the sun.

lamar411, I can assure you that the multi-panel moonroof doesn't look aftermarket. It's different but in a good way. I had the pleasure of driving one at a Lexus event over 12 years ago. And for anyone doubting authenticity/interested in knowing the details, here's a picture of the packages from the 2004 RX brochure:
I've seen these in the Asian markets and rode in an RX 330 with this pano moon roof multiple times during the month I was overseas several years ago. It's legit.
