For sale – Supercharged V8 96 Lexus SC400 $8000 OBO List of mods: 95 model year 1uz-fe 4.0 V8 motor Vortech V-2 Supercharger / quiet version Reversed intake manifold Custom intake blowoff / bypass / boost cut setup Water / meth injection Ross pistons Kelford supercharger cams Mild port / polish on intake manifold and heads Mishimoto Radiator Electric engine cooling fans Aftermarket engine management (Adaptronic E420c) 4-1 headers and full 2.5 inch exhaust with x-pipe and magnaflow mufflers Suprastick transmission controller IS300 steering wheel with functional up and down shift buttons Transmission valve body rebuilt and tuned by IPT Transmission built with blue plate clutches Dragon torque converter (3000rpm) Torsen LSD from a Supra with stock rear end ratio Custom interior CarPC Polyurethane bushings on all suspension Tokico Supra struts all around with swift lowering springs Custom body kit Wired for full sound system, can include amps and equalizer Quite a few spare parts Probably a few things I am forgetting This is a very fast, one of a kind car. Ran 12.07 ¼ mile (7.7’s 1/8 mile) with a much smaller supercharger and before cams. The bad things – Car is platidipped and needs redone. Some cracks in the body kit on the front and rear bumpers. Interior is in decent shape but front seats could use some dye / paint. No rips! Drivers window needs a regulator. It is leaking power steering fluid pretty bad and needs the high and low pressure hose assembly. The rack needs some new boots. Transmission pan is leaking I think. Has a small draw on the battery (when off) that I think has something to do with the drivers door. Started after the window regulator cables broke and I propped the window up. Selling because I just don’t want to deal with it anymore. With a little love and $$ it can be a super nice car that is faster than most anything on the street. I drove this thing daily until last week. Car is currently uninsured and not registered. NO JOY RIDERS. SERIOUS BUYERS ONLY. Test drives only for the serious! Test drives will be short and NOT on major roads. This thing can be easily wrapped around a tree if not careful! There is no traction in 1st gear! Will include lots of extras / spare parts / spare wheels / some drag slicks! Not sure of the mileage on it off the top of my head and it’s kind of hard to check right now. 200k+. Both motor and transmission were done within the last 3-4 years. I took this thing down various drag strips 100’s of times (no exaggeration) before needing to do any engine / trans work. It’s a beast! The 1uz motor is strong! Will consider ALL offers and realize my price may be a bit high but not in a rush to sell it.
