It passed the Utah safety inspection, it has cats, beyond that the standards for testing are different everywhere. Car is sold as is, it might not have enough required smog equipment for your state, the computer has been programmed to Pass monitors and ignore missing stuff. I live in an area with no emissions testing so it’s not something I’ve had to deal with.
