I just need car seat for one year old baby. I have is350 and space is perfect. I had German car many years(e46 M3) and it's hard to go back to German cars with all of those maintenance cost.

Edit: not sure if you looked but there are 3 ISFs right on the first page, all 2011-2012 with about 70k miles and 2012s listed for low 30s, 2011 is below. I am pretty sure sellers will sell for a bit less too. (There was a blue 2012 that sold for $28k recently)

So far I found couple stock 2011 with 60k and 72k miles for 33/30k and one 2008 with a lot of mods for 32k. I think I will go with 2011 ones but all of them are in east and I have to buy the car without see it in person

Sign up for mylexus.com and put the vin in and you can see all the service records from when the vehicle was serviced by lexus. Just at a glance it's last service was in 2015 for the 30,000. That's not to say that it hasn't been serviced since, but there is a gap.

carfax showes 50,000 mile service performed. I will go test drive it to see if I like or not.

50k miles and no ML sound.....up to you. I had an opportunity to get 2012 with 50k for like $34-35k 2 years ago, 1 owner no accidents. I though that was too much, it eventually got sold for $33k after half a year. $40-42k were low 20k miles CPOs from Lexus dealer back then.

That 2014 would be a good buy for about $39k (before TTL) if you like the interior color. The lack of ML sound shouldnt be a deal breaker for this car, it has the paring sensors and the front bumper isn't drilled (which is a plus for me). 2014 was the last year for the IS-F and it came with F logo embossed headrest, upgraded suspension, and a carbon fiber spoiler. If i was in the market for a F now, I would strongly consider this one since its local.
For reference, I bought my 2012 with 32k miles in Jan 2016 from out of state and had it shipped to Renton. Non Lexus certified but its still covered under the factory power-train warranty. Don't focus too much on price for the F, people will think you paid too much for it because its "just an IS" anyways.
Depending on how far you have your seat back, 2 child seats fit just fine in this car.
