I'm curious why u didn't just trade it in to the dealer towards the Porsche. When I traded mine in on my CTS-V I pretty much got the full retail value of the F if u include the tax savings on the V. Maybe ur state doesn't do tax savings on trade ins or they lowballed the value of ur F. Gorgeous F by the way, this should have sold the first day listed.

Hiya George. I noticed your IS-F on your Porsche thread (congrats btw!), and as luck would have it, my freshly-painted-and-bumpered '09 IS350 was rear-ended into a 4-car pile-up here in Austin last Friday, and early repair estimates may very likely total her out... Especially sad, as she's purring along wonderfully at 190k with zero repair history, and I was hoping to squeeze another year or three out of her. Perfect timing for both of us, perhaps? If you're wanting yours to go to someone who appreciates her, rest assured I would be that guy!
Anyhow, though I'm in Texas, I've actually family in Mission Viejo, and one-way tickets late next week are reasonable... Your mods are also very tasteful - mind PM'ing me the details on your custom exhaust? I see the cats welded in (good!), but curious if the balance of system is completely custom, or rather is the ISF exhaust Borla makes. Looking forward to learning more about your baby!
Many Thanks,
Nick

Hey Nick. Sorry to hear about your car. That sucks!
The custom Borla exhaust was created by an awesome custom muffler shop in SoCal. They do a lot of hot rods, muscle cars, etc. The day I was there, ^^^ they were putting a 3" custom exhaust on a supercharged Z28. That car sounded insane when the owner drove it off!
You can see in the pic above, one of the Borla ISF mufflers sitting on the lift, about to be welded into place. The mufflers themselves are made by Borla for the ISF, I bought them new. The rest of the exhaust is custom, with no resonators. As you can see from the previous pic, it's a work of art, and it sounds awesome! I'll be available to show you the car when you're in California. Keep in touch, you've got my cell phone number (it's on the first page of this listing). You've got PM.

Congrats, I've never debated the thought of upgrading my 08 ISF so much as this thread. That 911 Turbo is so beautiful. Congrats on that purchase also.
What size PSS do you have on the ISF in these pics?
