Should I sell it ?
Guys, I am seriously thinking on selling my Lexus ... I don`t use the car and I really hate to pay for the insurance with the car parked on the garage .
The car is a 2000 GS-400 Pearl White with 28,000 original miles , full body kit , 20" x 8.5" wheels and new Eagle Sports 245/35/20 tires and brakes . Stainless steel mufflers and exhaust , Tein suspension / EDFC electronic control box. Rod Miller chromed strut tower bar and Navigation .
Car is immaculate in and out . 3 six cd disc magazines for the stereo system .
SRT intake kit /K&N filter , wood wheel and ashtray , Dynaudio speakers all around , Tapco 4 channels C2K multi hi-end amp and Studio X mono amp with Infinity hi-end 10" box enclosed subwoofer , etc etc .
Even the individual floor mats are in new condition .
Any ideas or suggestions on price ? Thanks

I think you'll change your mind when you see what the car is actually worth in the live market. No doubt it's a beautiful car that's been customized nicely. But it's going to appeal to a very limited audience who'll want to steal it from you. If it's paid off, you can park it in your garage without registration or insurance. Give it some time, you can always put it on the market later.

LIke what swfla said, you'll cry when you realize what these go for. Beautiful car, very nicely done, but sadly it has a narrow audience. I would keep it, you'll never be able to buy another car that was this well built, plus it's one of a kind with those customizations

I am thinking I will take the insurance off and keep it ...

It's a beauty of a car. I hope that you'll renew your interest in driving it again after a break. A possible way to get to the right audience may be car shows that attract this segment of enthusiast. I see you're in Fla. like me, next season there are bound to be some quality shows on the east coast from Palm Beaches to Miami. Reregister your car then, you may even be able to get a temporary tag for two months and reinsure it. It will take some homework and effort but may pay off. Good luck.
