WTT-92 SC300, Black, 5spd

Trades: Would love to have a 1JZ Auto SC300, running project or little to no mods stock 1jz swap, or 2nd Gen GS300/400, would be able to throw a little cash on top for a clean GS as it would be a weekend family hauler so I would like it to be clean and very reliable.
Description: 1992 Lexus SC300, Black on Tan, 5 SPEED!! 187k miles. Bought this for a 1j or 2J GTE swap, at the same time an opportunity came to invest in a home for my family, so funds are now moving from the SC to the house. Don't mind keep it if there's no interest and DD'ing it then building it in the future. But I figured I'd post it on here in case anybody was looking for a nice running 5spd.
CONS:
-1st gear grinds here and there from dead stop
-Radio doesn't work, but it's an old Kenwood circa 1996, previous owner said he disconnected it, will find out soon enough.
-Climate control screen needs to be replaced, usual bleeding
-Some cracks on the door panels, and near the seat recliner handle
-Paint fade and clear coat peel on front bumper and rear could use a re-paint
-Moisture in passenger headlight
-AC needs to be recharged. Been converted to R134, sticker under the hood to prove it.
-Could use a new shift **** and boot
-Could use a new O-ring for the distributor shaft going into the engine
-Could use new valve cover gaskets
PROS
-ALL VINs in place
-ALL OEM windows still intact
-All gauges, needles, and numbers light up and are fully operational
-Interior is clean, missing cup holder cover near shifter, otherwise it's pretty complete, dash vents are in tact
-Everything works, headlights, signal lights, courtesy light for turn signals..etc.
-90% tread on all tires
-Great on long drives, brought it back to VA from NY not a single problem
