FS: 97 blk/blk 5spd sc300 CHEAP stance/wheels/exhaust

Well everyone needs to move on and now is my time. I have a 97 black on black SC300 for sale.
I've had this car for almost 3 years and i've put on around 10k miles. I just use this car for school and back. It gets a surprising 20mpg on city if you don't gun it everywhere.
Roughly 195k miles. It will change since it is my DD
Oil changes + new OEM filter every 3k miles
Paint is a 7/10
Interior 7/10
No dim cluster lights / or bleeding of the climate control.

Stance coilovers (November 2010)
xxr 521 (August 2010)
New endlinks (April 2011)
HIC spoiler (March 2010)
ls400 BBK (December 2009)
5000k lows (March 2011)
6000k fogs (March 2011)
Megan Exhaust (July 2011)
AUX hack
Auto to manual conversion (June 2011)
New exedy stage 1 clutch + new throw out bearing (June 2011)
Replace rear main seal (June 2011)
New O2 sensors (July 2011)
New driverside regulator (September 2010)
Replaced one of the trunk strut, works occasionally but i still have the other strut i just haven't put it in.
Reroute the harness
Flushed powersteering (June 2010)
Almost Full LED conversion except for the trunk.
A few bads
Tear passenger seat,
clear coat on passenger door side is going.
3rd gear is sensitive, you gotta easy it in or else it'll grind
Front bumper is cracked due to my brother running over a cone.
Reverse lights do not light up when in reverse
CEL due to the 5spd swap. (You can get a OBDII manual ecu and it'll clear the codes)
6k OBO, I am willing to take some parts off to lower the price. I will be keeping the visors since they were a gift to me. I need to sell asap since there is a car i want to pick up.
I'll keep the wheels/spoiler/exhaust and let the car go for $5,000 WITH the stance!!
