1993 Lexus SC300: TH400, AEM, fuel, blk/blk Sleeper 600rwhp in Raleigh/Cary, NC

***NEW PRICE $15,500 firm***

I have no desire to race anymore and am staying really busy with my new business venture.

Considering the "new" mods I've done to the car, this could be considered one of the most unique and quickest import sleepers in the world. I'm confident the car will go well in to the 10's with just a retune and suspension swap.

Its a 1993 with around 110k. Black/Black. No accidents, bondo...etc. Paint is in great shape for the year. I just did a full black interior swap with Corbeau fully adjustable racing seats. Boost Logic of Austin, TX built the car and Justin Nenni tuned it last year. I'm in the process of getting it retuned because the car was tuned in TX, and I am in North Carolina It did 600.6 rwhp at 32psi falling off to 30 on a semi-agreesive tune psi.

Exterior is an 8/10. Interior is an 7/10 other than the stock floormats' stitching coming loose a tad. NON-SMOKER.

Mods:

3mm head gasket lowering compression to 8.5:1.
BL tubular turbo kit with a 67mm turbo.
Greddy TVVC Boost Controller
AEM EMS (GM IAT, GM MAP sensor)
HKS DLI
hidden Gauge-tech.com display of 15 engine parameters
Innovative WB02 custom hidden inside the ashtray
HKS BOV
HKS Gate
BLTH400 transmission, transbrake, custom spec converter
Custom Driveshaft
Supra TT Auto Limited Slip Differential
custom stock exhaust with cutout
twin walbros, 880cc injectors,
steel braided fuel lines, anodized fittings
Aeromotive FPR with Gauge
BL FMIC kit
Corbeau Racing Seats (fully adjustable)
Custom widened rear wheels
BFG 255/70/16 drag radials
Rolled Rear Fenders
Image Dynamics free-air sub.
1998 Front bumper sans fog lights.
Tinted windows
Alarm with Remote start

There are many, many, many custom things I've done to the car that would take hours to duplicate. I pretty much dedicated a full 2 weeks out of my life and worked on the car day and night. The car appears COMPLETELY stock inside and out except for the 98 front bumper without the foglights. It even retains the stock shifter and has a small button on the side for the t-brake. ***There are a few "other" mods I can talk to the potential buyer about.***

Things included in sale:
lightweight battery
Stock TT pistons
Various interior panels
Extra set of stock wheels and tires that match wheels on car

The car is being put back on the stock suspension.

I removed the stereo and sold it. There is an Image Dynamics sub in the factory hole.

Wheels are 6.5" in size both front and rear. I widened the rear rims to run a 255/75/15 BFG Drag Radial. I wanted the car to appear as stock as possible.

The car has Eibachs all around. When I first took the car to the track, I could only get mid 1.8 60 foot times. I thought by putting the LSD in and getting an alignment would help. It didn't as much as I'd hoped. I have the HP, stall, and tire to net high 1.3 60' times. We couldn't align the car because the toe was fully adjusted out. The stock springs need to go back on the car in order for it to hook up. The best the car has run to date is an 11.6 @ 112 mph. I had a mix of 110 and pump in the car and was only running 21 psi, but when I shifted in to third gear (at roughly the 1000' mark) the car broke up a little bit. Knowing I had to drive back home 70 miles, I stayed out of it and took it easy and coasted to an 11.6.

I replaced the coil, distributor cap, rotor, spark plugs, and spark plug wires. I've changed the oil regularly. I also change the rear diff fluid to synthetic when I put the LSD in.

THE ONLY thing I'm looking to trade for is a 2004+ Prius or TDI VW (non-beetle). The car is paid off and ready to go.

My cell phone is 417-894-9627.

Thanks,
Cory

EDIT:

Few things I forgot to mention:

1. Yes, I got treed by a neon. I wasn't in a hurry to leave and it was a fun-run. He's a good friend of mine and we've raced numerous times.

2. The car trapped 124 MPH on 19 PSI.

3. The CCW's are SOLD and will not be included with the car.

4. You can drive this car every day. I do when the weather is nice. The AEM has never given me grief but the 3 spd non-overdrive tranny doesn't really help gas mileage on the HWY. It rolls at about 3800 rpms at 70 mph.

5. I will NOT part out. Don't ask.

6. I'm sure there's more I'm forgetting but the mods were probably too erroneous to mention. I'll update if I think of something.

7. When I got the car out of the shop, the WB gauge and Gauge Tech display were not working. I'm certain they didn't go bad, rather it is just an electrical issue.

8. Speedo is not hooked up. I have the adapter to hook it up.

here are the new pics...i just took these in super low-light and left my flash at home so i'll take some more tomorrow. they are really grainy. i also don't have my good computer so i had to resize these with crappy ms paint. if someone wants the full res, email me. I have even more pics if you want to email me.

i Think it would be a good idea to get some new dyno #s and track times, i think people would be more interested. ( i know i would )

soarer 300 02-19-07 09:14 PM

yup. that's what i'm going to shoot for this spring. i just don't have a weekend to dedicate to working on the car and driving 70 miles to the track. i'll figure it out sooner or later, though.
