Apple Wants To Help Drivers With Better Navigation
this would be great idea, final blow to Andriod...
"use anonymous data sourced from other motorists running iOS 6 to determine traffic patterns." i was thinking about this for more accurate traffic info on local roads...

Great idea. Wonder if it's patentable though. I imagine it isn't that hard for Google to come up with a similar feature in a short time.
EDIT: Never mind. I Googled the news report and it says Apple actually works with all the major car makers to add a dedicated button to work only with iOS. If that's the case it'll be much tougher for Android to imitate.

^^^^ This. After all the apple map problems. No thanks. Apple learned the hard way that it's not possible to build a map app overnight. I'll take Google maps built into my car. That with Tesla's ridiculously huge touch screen!
