Hello, have you had this vehicle inspected by a Lexus Dealer? If not we would recommend it as they would be in the best position to determine the cause.

I've brought the car back to the dealership and they've replaced the window seal, but the problem is still there.

Hi, sorry to hear about that. Have you had a chance to notify the Lexus dealership that performed the service? If not, we would recommend that you first notify them and allow them the opportunity to inspect the vehicle.

I have the same issue but with my back right door or window. I'm not really sure exactly where the noise comes from but I have frequently thought that I had failed to close the door properly. However that was not the case.
