Dealership has my LS430 and will not return calls after 3 days!
I've been having a ridiculously bad experience with a Lexus dealership in south Florida. I have made upwards of 20+ calls over the last 3 days and no one will update me on the status of my car. The dealership scratched a few of my wheels and cracked a center cap after a balancing and alignment.
The advisor had me return Thursday. He apologized for damaging my wheels amongst other items dirtied and assured me the technician heard about it and they would fix things. He checked the car in to fix the alignment, install a caster bushing, and detail the car. Communication has been null. Anyone I speak to tells me only my advisor can update me on the situation.
This morning I walked into the service dept and was told no managers are in on Sunday's and the one advisor told me that no tickets exist in the system for my car except for the alignment completed on the 8th!
There has been such a lack of respect from this dealership. I don't want to post the name and cause unnecessary harm but I hope someone can recommend something.
