Welcome to the Lexus Customer Service forum on Club Lexus!


This new forum is a way for our members to interact directly with Lexus Customer Service to get answers to questions you may have about your Lexus.

The official Lexus Customer Service team will have “Lexus Customer Service” title and a Lexus badge https://cimg4.ibsrv.net/gimg/www.clu...80ca9033d7.png under their screen name. The Lexus team will review posts in this forum on a daily basis Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM-12 PM PST. Questions posted during evenings or weekends will be reviewed the following business day.

September 2015: Please note Lexus customer service team may not be able to respond quickly to questions (or at all) given the volume and current staffing. We suggest that should you need additional assistance, their Customer Assistance Center is open Monday - Friday, 5:00AM-6:00PM, PST and Saturday, 7:00AM – 4:00PM, PST and can be reached at 1-800-255-3987.

Currently we have four Lexus folks that will be working with us: LexCareMO, LexCareMD, LexCareSC and LexCareSP.

Some notes on how the Customer Service forum works:

• This is a moderated forum; when you post your question it will be saved but is not viewable to other members. Once the Lexus team reviews your question, they can approve it for public view as they respond.
• Alternatively, the Lexus team may elect to contact you via private message to further discuss your question or concern.
• The Lexus Customer Service team working on Club Lexus is based in the United States; they may not be able to respond to international questions.
• The Lexus Customer Service team is focused on assisting our members with OEM questions; please understand they cannot troubleshoot aftermarket modification-related issues.
• The Lexus Customer Service team cannot offer any technical advice or diagnose any repairs.
• They may try to field marketing and strategy questions with support from those groups, but will not be able to discuss future direction of Lexus beyond what is already publicly available.

We do ask for a high standard of communication from our members to the Lexus Customer Service team:

• Please be thorough in your description of your issue or question.
• If personal or private information is required (such as email, phone number or service details), please wait for a representative to respond and send them that information via private messaging.
• Inappropriate posts will be flagged and reported to the Club Lexus moderator team; all our normal community rules also apply here in this new forum.
