Navigation updates are Dealer only, your $'s go to pay for the licensing fee and labor to download
from the TechTool to your car.

Good news, your 2018 still uses the free Lexus Enform App Suite (not LEAS 2,0) which let's you
transfer your smart phone's destination info directly to the Lexus native Nav. Three specific Nav
features 1) Find up to ten (10) destinations before you drive and they transfer by Bluetooth to the Nav.
2) Use the phone's superior Voice Recognition and Map Data while driving 3) Locate Fuel Stations
by price or Brand.

Thanks for the clarification. I recently purchase this certified 2018. I am not sure if i clarified in my original post but, the main reason i was looking to update my 2018 maps is because the map doesnt have the lanes in my newer neighborhood in the North DFW area.

You should ask your L/Cert salesperson to let you look at the map in a new 2021 ES and check for
the extent of the update data. Would be aggravating to pay time and money and discover that the
only area you require isn't in there yet. Note: a 2021 will have map data published in 2020, your
2018 has 2017 data.

Good point and I agree. I will stop by the dealership and check it out myself.
