Default Lock Orientation on Navigation

2016 ES350. Is it possible change the map to where it is locked on a north orientation instead of spinning around based on which way I’m headed?

Basically it would show me moving around the map instead of having the map move around me. It’s easier for me to tell where I am when I’m not looking at the map upside down or sideways simply bc I’m facing west or south.

I’ve messed around in map options and zoomed in/out and the closest I can get is the dual map mode, but I like the other half of the screen show what I’m listening to.

Thanks!

Tech100 is correct, mouse over the Compass icon in the upper left and select.
Three choices: 1) North Up - nice when zoomed up to see entire region,
2) Heading Up - nice when zoomed in tight and turning frequently and
3) Heading Up 3D which looks cool but is an acquired taste, might be hard to follow.

BTW the many White/Red dots are "route trace", the last 100 km or so you have driven.
Clear by selecting "Options" on screen (right next the compass icon) and turn it off.
Dialog box will ask if you really intend to erase the dots...yes. We turn route trace on
when relinquishing the keys to a valet parker. Want to see a nice path behind the
venue that returns to the front. If they take it for a joyride it appears down the street.
Also used when exploring National Parks, "look honey, there is that waterfall again!"
