Default Aftermarket stereo help

I have a 99 es300 and already have new speakers and amp installed in the car. Wiring to the HU is still stock and new wires going to the speakers. What adapter do I need to install a alpine CDA-9855 unit in?

Also what are those 2 black plugs for?

Picture 1 you need a Kenwood model specific adaptor to either ISO or Lexus OEM.
Picture 3 you'll probably need an ISO radio to Lexus OEM adaptor.

Picture 3 is the radio antenna connector. Picture 1 I'm not sure. Depends on what functions the HU have. The big socket on the back is usualy where the ISO connectors go.
