Driver side mirror wont move

Driver side mirror wont move
Im new to the site so sorry if i posted in the wrong forum.
But I recently replaced my driver side mirror of my 06 is250 after it was hit in an accident, i was able to put on the new one. But now it wont adjust when i use the inside mirror adjustment switch. I ordered the new mirror off ebay and i dont think its heated because i noticed my old mirror has two connections and the new mirror only has one. but i figured it would still be able to move must without the heat. any ideas why its not moving and how to fix it?
