Default Aux Mp3 Adapter

THE AUX ADAPTER COMES WITH A SPLITER CONNECTOR SO YOU COULD HAVE A 6 DISC CHANGER AND AN MP3 PLYER PLUGGED INTO THE CD CHANGER PORT. AS YOU PUSHED THE CD BUTTON IT WOULD CYCLE BETWEEN THE INTERNAL TO THE EXTERNAL CHANGER THEN TO THE MP3 PLAYER. THE ADAPTYER IS BRAND NEW AND HAS SOME BUGS IN IT BUT I THINK BLITZSAFE WILL WORK IT OUT. THEY MAKE HUNDREDS OF OEM CD CHANGER ADATERS AND AUXILIARY INPUT ADAPTERS. LEXUS IS THE BIGGST CHALLENGE. THEY HGAVE ATTEMNPTED SO FAR. THERE ARESTILL NO ADAPTERS FOR THE FIRST GENERATION RADIOS ONLY THE 98 UP LEXUS RADIOS.

I don't understand what you're saying here! What's the piece you added on? What does it do? Who makes them? Where can I read about this piece? Thanks man...

Default aux adapter thread

i meant the reply as part of the aux adapter thread started by tom es300 in the lexus electronics forum. the adapter is made by company called blitzsafe and plugs into the cd changer port. a splitter is supplied so you can still have a factory changer in addition to another sound device like an mp3 player.

So will this also work with an XM/Sirius sat radio hookup(specifically the Sirius Kenwood here2anywhere portable tuner)???

IF THE DEVICE YOUR HOOKING UP HAS RCA INPUTS THEN IT SHOULD WORK. IF IT ONLY CAN BE HOOKED UP FM ANTENNA PORT IT WOULDNT WORK. THE ADAPTER HAS RCA PLUG INPUTS SO IT DOESNT MATTER WHAT DEVICE IS BEING HOOKED UP. IT WOULD THEN GIVE DIRECT INPUT TO THE RADIO AND NOT HAVE TO GO THROUGH FM PORT WHICHHAS INHERENT INTERFERENCE PROBLEMS.
