Sorry, adidas, there are 4 bolts that go in from the top, but you need to take the rear deck out to get to them, and you need to take out the rear seats to get the deck out. We're lucky that you don't have to take out the engine and trans as well - to get to that sub...

wow i'm sorry to hear that....i didn't realize it was such a process taking out 4 bolts. reminds me of the day i decided to remove the screw and bolt holding down the snorkle and spent about an hour on it not realizing i had to completely take out the head light assembly and 89,032 screws to access the bolt.
