I have a 2010 ES350 with NAV (no ML). I can only hear the preview channel on Sirius. I've paid my renewal but the receiver won't change channels no matter how much I troubleshoot with them. Says "channel unauthorized" and stays on the preview channel when I hit a different preset. Does anyone have a fix for this (I'm thinking of purchasing an Onyx unit and trying that or I was reading about something called VAIS on here).

I had something similar happen with my LS430 with ML and nav. One day it was working fine and the next I was stuck on the preview channel. They basically just reactivated it for me.

You said you can't get it working no matter how much you troubleshoot with them so I'm assuming they have already tried to reactivate it for you but just in case they haven't, I would have them do that.

Sorry, it's the best I have but it's what fixed the problem for me so I figured I'd throw it out there.
