After spending over $500, the quality of video makes me cry. Blurry, hazy and can barely see plates. Trees appear as green blobs. My $60 unbranded camera in the other car does a 4X better job.

Dealer says there is nothing wrong (They only check the electrical connections and of course they are OK)

What are my options? Publicly shame Lexus?

have you shown this to your dealer? I would try another dealer or ask someone with the cam to post their videos.

That quality is worse that $40 cameras on Amazon.
