Hi, I have a 2003 LS430 UL. It has touchscreen nav and seems like it should be compatible with the VL2 but it's not listed as supported.
I'd love to purchase your product as GROM has served me well on my other car.
If the issue is testing, I live very close to the Bay area and can come whenever necessary for testing of a VL2 system.

how is the audio quality? What source of audio does it use? I currently have the beatsonic carplay on my Lexus is350 and on their website they advertise 100% oem audio quality. They use the aux source and the sound quality is okay nowhere near close to bluetooth or usb. I have to connect my phone to my oem bluetooth and play music that way. When i make phone calls the audio gets routed to carplay (meaning aux) and i have to re route the call to bluetooth. I want to know if the usb port on this device routes the music to the aux cord or how does exactly work. I don't want to lose any music quality.

I have the Lex6 VL2 installed as of very recent--it is really awesome.
It is not without its quirks, but the GROM folks are hella helpful and timely with responding to my endless questions...
I have both CarPlay and Android audio--and honestly, I prefer AA... There seems to be more features available... CP is really good, too, though--I use it for phone calls... The VL2 is smart enough to "juggle" between the two--both require plugging in to the VL2...
Audio quality is very very good--I almost 100% use Spotify, and on occasion SiriusXM(the app) and am very pleased--CP and AA audio quality is very good, but you do have to turn it up--the source is a little lower than other sources on the head unit... GROM is actually sending me a replacement VL2 to try out and see if it makes a difference in sound level...
