How about the sunroof? Anyway to get rid of the anoying half way stop when closing?
How hard could this be?

Actually I drove an RX as a loaner and all the windows front and back went up and down auto as well as the sunroof. My 94 BMW 3 series windows all when down auto and the front window went up auto.

oh boy, your gonna make my head hurt with that one
You need to google search "timed relay" and learn about them. once you know what they are, you'll understand it far better than i could explain it. then we can work on getting one in your car from there.

I need to learn more about electronics anyways... just been so damn busy working all the time
More work then sleep the past few wks....vondy21, no no, I just wanted to state that just in case you took it as so... Didn't want you thinking I am a "know it all", because I have ALOT to learn still and I know it
I don't mind learning, the more you know the better off

i did this for all 4 windows in my IS
I used DEI window alarm modules...(you will need One module for every two windows) Install can be done by anyone that is competent by anyone that can install a car alarm as the wiring is simpler. The most tedious part is wiring into each door. Now, from any door or drivers door one tap up/down goes all the way up or down or hold and release at desired level.
