I feel this is a fair price but would $230-240 be considered a good price? For the locksmith to come out (no jimmy needed), reset and program an entirely new master key (he'll travel 13 miles to my driveway where hell find my unlocked car. And he'll be supplying his hardware (just a blank key - not a remote+key combo).

I told him that once my master key has been produced, I'll come to him to cut my pending eBay OEE key (B.Y.O.Key) while i intend to program it myself.

Is 240 a good price for the service of crafting and producing my new master key? He says reset exu, physically cutting the traditional key, and programming the rushed m wioed exu to the new tranoonder will all take 7 minutes

3⅞. What local dealer quotes have you gotten for new master keys recently?

Just relaed threads refer to the now duefunct Sewell corporation or are from years ago.

3 Has the price of 16 year old he's dropped in a significant way in comparison to other late model new fancier keys? Or ar3 dealers charging the same thing die03 rd300 master jeys in 2007 as they do in 2019?

Tentatively, I have scheduled an appointment with him in eight or nine hours but will call Lexus dealerships around 9 a.m. to find out; have in addition to all the local locksmiths who don't operate 24/7 but our within 123 miles in my area as opposed to 15 to 20 minutes away
