Aux only plays out of one speaker

Aux only plays out of one speaker
I did a quick search but didn't see anything like this. When i hook my iphone to my aux it only plays out of the front driver side speaker. I checked the balance when this is plugged in an everything is even. I have an 08 isf. Has anyone experienced this? I take my iphone out of the case to make sure it is plugged into my phone all the way.
